Charak
Clinical Research Center takes its
name from the noted Indian physician
from the 1st century, Charak, the author
of one of the oldest books on medicine, The
Charak Samhita. Charak was one
of the first medical practitioners
to champion the principles that knowledge
of all available remedies, and a thorough
understanding of the patient, are the
critical elements to providing the
most appropriate care for each unique
individual.
